Well, she finally makes her appearance after that horrific event. However, it is puzzling to see this happen since I was under the assumption she was kidnapped by the Jojh like in that doujinshi where they... ahem. Nevermind. Although that could be the reason why she has no clothes on. Just kidding, may the Jojh be with you. Enjoy!

Neon Genesis Evangelion: Girlfriend of Steel 2nd English Translation Announcement
Well, there you have it, Girlfriend of Steel 2 (or the Iron Maiden 2nd) is my next translation. Although I'm guessing you already knew that judging from my interests and such. However, it was either this or Ayanami Raising Project on the PC, which I do plan to translate eventually just so you know and I've actually already started on it, kinda. That said, I didn't expect Asuka's ass in my face (it totally jumped out of the screen) the moment I started the darn game, and I already knew there was fanservice in it but I never expected this. I mean, has Gainax really gone that low? Stupid question, I know. Enter Mari "the semen demon" joke here. Anyhow, her butt hits the screen right after it says "Gainax Presents", as if "Gainax presents Asuka's butt". That's probably the title of a doujinshi knowing Evangelion fans. Jab jab jab.
Anyway, sadly this Eva game isn't on the serious side, but more of a slapstick comedy, for some reason. However, hopefully it's funny and not stilted as I really wouldn't want to translate something that irritates me. That said, it's based in the alternate world seen in the final episode of the show, and is a dating sim/visual novel style game with only two endings, although there are a few silly game over ones like Robocop Shinji. That said, the two main endings are one Rei and the other Asuka, with no variation may I add. Anyhow, that's all I've got to say so I'll just end things here. And I hope people are interested in a translation of this game. I mean, who wouldn't? It's Evangelion, after all. Also, I recorded a video for some testing purposes and so you guys can see something ingame. Enjoy!

Dead of the Brain English Translation Interest
Well, as you can tell from the title, this is a game that I am interested in translating in the future. That said, let me give you some info on it. Its a retro 90's Japanese adventure game that has zombies in it. What's not to like? Did I mention its short? Another bonus. Anyhow, if I ever do get around to translating it, I would do the PC-98 version of the game and not the FM Towns one with better sound quality which I had originally planned. That's due to a problem where the game crashes when you change any of the text, for some reason. I just wanted to test and see if text can be changed in both, and it does for the PC-98 version so I know it can be done if I ever get around to it. Also, before any work can be done, I would have to build a table for the game and correctly recognize the kanji since it is sorta bitty, which would take some time. Remember, the entire library of characters could be (or should I say is) in a retro tile based PC game so that's another problem. All said and done, I would like this to be one of my projects in the future. Anyhow, I'll also be announcing my main translation soon, but you can probably guess what it's gonna be. Here's a hint, something to do with being cruel to someone's thesis on angels.
Note
Thank the good chaps on 4chan in the retro JP video games thread for letting me know about this gem. It looks really fun and so does its sequel and Marine Philt, another game made by the same game company except it has an Alien like enemy instead of zombies. I hope to bring this game and its related games to light someday in the future, hopefully.

Neon Genesis Evangelion: Girlfriend of Steel 2nd Graphics Rip (PC)
Well, even though there is already a graphics rip for GOS2 (or the Iron Maiden 2nd), I decided to make a rip myself. However, this is a raw rip so some (or a lot) of the event pics are separated apart since they are not a single file. Now, when I did so, I also noticed that this Evangelion game "borrows" some assets from Ayanami Raising Project (unsure if they're in GOS1, never played it) in the form of character portraits and some backgrounds. Also, the art is kinda rough, isn't it? I mean, it's not very good and the lines are all edgy. Ayanami Raising Project has better (kinda), and that was years before this. Anyway, enough about that. You can find the download link below, and all the files are in their original format. Enjoy!
Note
If you just want to see the event pics fully and such (since some are split in the game), you might just want to check out Reichu's rip, instead.

Gundam Seed Homeworld 2 Mod English Translation 1.0
This was just a thing I had on the side over the past few weeks. It's a mod made by the Chinese modder group 9ccn and they have actually been developing this over the years since 2006. That said, since they are chinese, naturally the mod was, too. However, that's where I came in. I gathered the tools and worked my magic and bamn it was translated. Anyhow, if you're wondering about features, this mod has plenty. There are three complete factions to play from and they are ORB, ZAFT and the Earth Alliance. There are mecha, Gundams, mobile suits, mobile armor, warships and nearly everything you could want. Plus, it's actually balanced unlike the Universal Century mod, although just to an extent. Now, this mod is not yet finished, so everything isn't quite done yet. But! The Chinese group should have a new version out sometime this year, and hopefully things should be much better then. Anyhow, if you're interested in playing, you can find a download for both the mod and my English patch below. I hope you enjoy it, and let me know what you think if you could.
Note
There seems to be lag in this mod, and that’s mostly due to the animations that play for the mechas and such. Sucks, I know. Also, there's a topic for this mod on the backwater that is Relic Forums. Just FYI.

Terra Formars Shonen Jump September 2014 Special English Translation
Sorry for the delay, Higurashi Rei was taking a little longer than expected, and there was a good bit of airbrushing and the like for me to do. That, and I have been checking out games and options for my next project. More on that soon if you're interested, so stay tuned. Anyway, today I bring to you the Terra Formars special that was in magazine last September, translated from Spanish because I'm lazy. Although that shouldn't stop you from checking it out. That said, I didn't really find it interesting and the censoring didn't really help much, either. I also don't want to spoil what happens for those who want to read, so I won't mention what does other than some Johj breakout on Earth during training, or something like that. Anyhow, you'll find the links below. Enjoy!
Also, I'd just like to mention that display; none has put out their next volume release of Terra Formars, so I'm gonna drop the link below as a courtesy and for those who might want to check it out.
