Neon Genesis Evangelion: Girlfriend of Steel Special Edition Graphics Rip (PC)

Okay, I have had this ripped for over a month now, but I kinda forgot to upload it like all those Eva games I keep forgetting to. Anyhow, you'll find most (some were compressed differently) of the assets in the download in the varying resolutions that the game supports. I really like how they included 1080p support as all the graphics are in (or near) that resolution, and that's a real good thing seeing how the original was released like back in 97 or 98. Also, there was a few sketches hidden in the game files which I posted on Evageeks and the sketches from the hidden in the regular 97/98 games files some time ago so you might be interested in those. Neon Genesis Evangelion: Girlfriend of Steel Graphics Rip (PC)

I already know the game was ripped many years ago way back in 2003 or somewhat, but I always prefer to do it myself if possible since I want to keep them in their "original format" and not recompressed by some asshole. That said, I separated everything into their respective folder so you should find what you're looking for easily. Also, I'll drop some images of interest below since the first is flashed very quickly so you don't really get to see it, and the second and third are rough sketches of a background scene and Shinji's face. Both are used in the game (the finished result, not the sketches), but it was nice to see that these drawings were left behind in the games files. All said and done, enjoy the rip. Bye!

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Matsuri: Kakera Asobi Graphics Rip

Like how I sorted out and organised the Sui rip, I actually did the same for Matsuri all the way back during late of last year. But, I kinda forgot about it and only remembered recently. That said, while you could say that Sui is superior in every single way to Matsuri, I still think that it's worthwhile to keep a backup of its assets since there were changes made to Sui's so you can have those which you prefer (Sui or Matsuri) or maybe even if you'd like to compare the differences. Either or, enjoy the rip. It has been on the net for a long time but at least now it's sorted. Bye!

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sui Graphics Rip

I'm very happy that Sui was ripped, but it was a real downer to see that more or less nothing was sorted. Therefore, I did just that. Everything is where it should be, character sprite folders, backgrounds and locations, extras, etc etc etc. You can find the download links below, and the mega resource folder where I got it from and for everything ripped from Sui, also. Anyhow, I am a 7-zip user so naturally the archive is in that format. Therefore, go get that and use it to rebuild the folder. It's fairly straightforward, so you should have no problems. Have fun!

Neon Genesis Evangelion: Girlfriend of Steel 2nd Graphics Rip (PC)

Well, even though there is already a graphics rip for GOS2 (or the Iron Maiden 2nd), I decided to make a rip myself. However, this is a raw rip so some (or a lot) of the event pics are separated apart since they are not a single file. Now, when I did so, I also noticed that this Evangelion game "borrows" some assets from Ayanami Raising Project (unsure if they're in GOS1, never played it) in the form of character portraits and some backgrounds. Also, the art is kinda rough, isn't it? I mean, it's not very good and the lines are all edgy. Ayanami Raising Project has better (kinda), and that was years before this. Anyway, enough about that. Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kizuna 1 & 2 Graphics Rip

I got these from TheGuraGuraMan many months back last year, good thing I did because he was the only guy (from my knowledge) who had them on the net, and also add in the fact he never shared or let people know he had the first two Kizuna games sprites and background CG's ripped. Again, for years! Anyway, they're here now if you want them so take a gander if you will. Too bad there's no rip for Kizuna 3 or 4, but we'll get better higher resolution ones when Sui comes out anyway. Have fun, ya whippersnapper!

Higurashi Daybreak Portable Mega Edition Sprites Rip

I got this from a guy in a gbatemp topic who knew a guy that ripped them for me, they're not 100% properly decompressed but they'll do. However, TheGuraGuraMan actually already had the entire thing ripped years ago, just that he never bothered to share them openly on the net. Kind of a dick move, even more so because when I asked for the ones he had, he never responded back, what an ass. Anyway, I guess this download will have to do. Mostly everything is there so if you were interested in the games sprites before, you can have a look at them now. Have fun!

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Hou Graphics Rip

The long awaited Hou, we're lucky a guy on 4 chan got it from the Chinese and uploaded it, although in a folder and just Hou without the rest of the games from the 2nd disc. Doesn't matter in the long run but thank you, now we can all wait and see if anyone is gonna translate it, probably not. Anyhow, I ripped or simply put extracted the game files with crass so here you go. It was good to see some new backgrounds and characters. The sprites that have Keiichi and Rena with their weapons also look really nice, see below where they attempt to take on god himself.

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Kai and Rei Graphic Rips

I ripped these a few weeks ago, and had a look around the files. It was really nice to see all the original sprites, sad though that nobody else even bothered to rip and post them but at least they're here now. Even all the mini game pics are in there, from Rena's hundred cracked fist to Oishi's jet stream attack. Although not everyone's sprites and expressions were in the one game so it was necessary to rip all three, so prepare yourself to search through them all for your specific interest. That set aside, you will find the links below so take a look at them if your interested. Now all I need to do is get my hands on Hou, them my evil plans will be complete.

Neon Genesis Evangelion: Ayanami Raising Project Graphic Rips

I ripped the PC versions graphics over 2 months ago and it's been sitting on my computer ever since, but I finally got around to uploading it. I'm lazy that way, anyhow below is the PC one I did and the PS2 rip by Ikari Shinji which I got from here. They were in a horrendous Picasa Web Album with a terrible viewer, god I hate that. Anyhow it's much easier and faster to simply have them in a folder, like how it is in my download. I also included the Russian title cards from their PC translation just because, thought someone might want them. The PC files are in their original bmp format so I didn't recompress anything, just encase anyone was wondering. Feel free to jerk off or whatever it is Evangelion fans do, but I will say it's worthy to note that the PC images have it down to Rei's feet, even though ingame cuts off around the waist, although your only gonna be interested there if you have a foot fetish. I'm just saying, Quentin Tarantino might wanna download these. Anyway, the NDS and Dreamcast versions haven't got a rip but I don't think they're necessary.
