When they said that this was going on a break, they never said how long, but the author has posted a pic or two of him working on the next chapter on his twitter so it shouldn't be too long before the next one is out. In any case, here's volume 2 of Mashira. Like the first one, they changed the chapter numbering to make things more simple (I presume), so I did the same as well as removing what I can (since it would require redraw which I'm not too good at) from the chapter pages like "next time on" and whatnot. Omorai-kun Volume 2 [English] [Manga] [Non-Hick Edition]

Man, am I glad to have this over and done with. Literally took me hours going through each page again and replacing the text with the original script. Ugh. My head. Kill me now. Meh. In any case, this is it for the manga. Time to say goodbye. On that, I really enjoyed Omorai-kun and I will miss it because it was enjoyable to work on and read which is more than I can say for other things I've done.

However, the worst thing is how not much people payed attention to it and how it will most likely be forgotten to which I'll say it already has because barely anyone compared to volume 1 checked out volume 2. Sigh. At the end of the day, what I want most is people to read and talk about the manga that I work on because if people don't, to me it feels like what I do is not appreciated at all even though I put a fuck ton of time and effort into doing all this manga and it's not like I get anything out of it for the most part. Lol. So Random.

Wow. This chapter was complete nonsense. Literally so random XD. Snores. Speaking of snores, even though I've been suspended from work for about a week now, I've done fuck all and have been doing stuff like a snail. Mostly due to PUBG being really good. In any case, this chapter was like 50 pages or so long so I split it into 2 chapters to make things easier.

This anime is pretty good. Check it out.

Other than that, I want to work more on Getter Edge but I really, really, really don't feel like it at the moment since it takes a good amount of effort. Meh. Try to enjoy this chapter if you can. See ya next time!

Omorai-kun Chapter 15 [English] [Manga]

Go Nagai can be really funny at time and Omorai is absurdly humorous. I mean, despite this manga being literally ancient, it's still very funny which goes to show how well it holds up. However, the same can't be said for many of Nagai's works in last decade or two as he has been very hit and miss.

I was going to do the next Izumo chapter, but I really couldn't be bothered so I might as well get started on Omorai volume 2. And man does time fly because it has literally been about 7 months since volume 1. Granted, I have done a bunch other shit during that time, but it seems that I have neglected our lovable beggars for far too long.

Anyway, as I said before, I won't be doing much Nagai in future or taking upon new works of his because I have been concentrating too much on it in the recent year or two, because I want to break free and start on different manga, and because I have a huge-ass backlog of manga to scanlate that I have bought and I might as well list them all for curiosity's sake:

Digital raws came out for the 2nd and 3rd volume so now my cheap ass doesn't have to buy and scan them. Yippee! Ahem. Yippee! That's The Divine Comedy completely finished. Man, somebody really should have finished it off before. I mean, it was last worked on like 5 years ago and there was only about 120 pages left to do. It's not much to ask from the scanlation community, is it? Meh. And another bites the dust. A very short chapter, but hey, I'm not complaining. Heh heh. Anyhow, seems Uncle Go cut out some stuff from this segment like Dante drinking from the river and such, but then again, the entire Paradiso segment of Nagai's manga is very short at about 100 pages when it's the entire 3rd part of the book. Also, the chapters from this point on are very small at about 7 pages with some even being just a two page spread.

Sheesh. Nagai must really have wanted to go this part over with fast, huh? Other than that, the last thing I want to mention is the dialogue. Now, the dialogue itself is not worded special or anything. It's just plain Japanese but group before me edited the structure to make it flow similar to the source material which is something I'm not going to do because
